  • STANDARD LEAD TIME
    A minimum of two weeks notice is required for all orders.
    Orders can be placed up to 3 months in advance.

    RUSH ORDERS
    Orders (with less than 2 weeks notice) may be accepted if availability allows.
    A RUSH FEE of 20% will be added to your order.

  • Cookies: Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Butter, Vanilla Extract, Salt, Baking Powder
    Icing: Confectioners Sugar, Meringue Powder, Vanilla Extract, Glycerine, Food Coloring

    ALLERGIES: Kitchen is NOT peanut, egg, wheat/gluten, milk, or sesame free. Cookies and icing recipes do not contain nuts, but are made in a shared kitchen, therefore I cannot guarantee the safety of those with severe allergies. Cookies contain gluten, eggs and dairy.

  • 1 dozen minimum for Standard size
    2 dozen minimum for Mini/Snacker size

    After the minimum quantity has been met, cookies do not need to be ordered in dozen quantities (i.e. You could order 16 Standard size cookies)

  • PRICE QUOTES
    All price quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

    PAYMENT
    Upon acceptance of quote, you will be sent an invoice for payment via a direct link (leonellecookies.com) for your custom order. Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of invoice receipt unless otherwise specified.

    PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR SPOT ON MY CALENDAR

  • Unless otherwise stated, orders are to be picked up at my home in Otsego, MN (2 miles north of the Albertville Outlet Mall) Contactless porch pickup is required for holiday pre-sales, and the option is available for all custom orders. Our porch is monitored by a security camera for safety.

    Holiday Pre-Sales:

    1. During checkout, select the time slot that you will arrive for pick-up
      2. For safety, address information is provided after checkout. You will receive an email two days before your scheduled pick-up window
      3. Arrive during your time slot and your order will be securely packaged and waiting for you on the front steps with your name on it

    Orders that are not claimed within 48 hours are subject to being donated.

    IMPORTANT:
    I recommended that you add leonelle.cookies@gmail.com to your contact list to ensure you receive communications. If you do not receive an email from me two days prior to your pick-up window, please check your spam folder and/or reach out to me to discuss.

  • Delivery can be discussed for an additional charge

    Sorry, due to MN Cottage Food Laws I am unable to ship at this time.

  • Cookies are made in a home kitchen operating under MDA Cottage Food Laws and are not subject to state inspection.
